Rooms

All rooms are en-suite, full size, with no sloping ceilings or attic windows.

We have four guest rooms:

Two with a double bed in each.
One with a double bed and a single bed
One very large family room with one double bed and two single beds.

Each guest room has:

A full height, full size floor space of no less than 14 m².
A large double glazed working window overlooking the front, side or back gardens.
A full bathroom with bath or shower.
Orthopaedic quality mattresses in all beds.
Tea /coffee making facilities.
TV and hairdryer.
Luggage rack.
Closet for clothes.
A reading lamp & arm chair.
Iron available on request.

Rates (all taxes included)

Double en-suite: 35.00 euro to 37.50 euro per person sharing.

Single en-suite: 45.00 to 50.00 euro per person.

Child reduction: 33%

Rates include Breakfast.
