Approved by:

 All rooms are en-suite, full size, with no sloping ceilings or attic windows. We have four rooms, two with a double bed in each, one with a double bed and a single bed and one very large family room with one double bed and two single beds. Each room has tea/coffee making  facilities.  

TV and hairdryer in all rooms,  and iron available.

Also conservatory with wonderful views of the garden.

Beautiful mature garden with large numbers of mature trees, shrubs and perennial plants. The garden specialises in Camellias, Rhododendrons and Azaleas. Large mixed borders that are a riot of colour particularly in the summer months.

 Large fish pond containing a large number of Japanese Koi, Goldfish and Shubunkin.

 Gardening advice and information given freely to anyone who would like it. If you talk nicely to Paul you might even come away with some free plants for your own garden.

  A frame of brood from one of our hives, each cream coloured hexagonal cell contains one new worker bee to augment the population of the hive. Is nature not a wonderful thing!

Very peaceful and tranquil setting, but still just 5 mins walk from village.
